The true challenge will be to bring this building into this century in a respectful way, highlighting its history, adding comfort and creating 7 personalized pieces of Art. All of the residences will have their own unique feature; some with original arched ceilings, some with a real rock in their living room area, some with an extraordinary sized balcony and without doubt all with a magnificent panorama.

Different from standard developments in that not every square inch is used for functionality, resulting in a very spacious design with a place for the old and freedom to add your own arts. In the first stages of boutique development, some personal touches are still possible “a la carte”.

All residences will have as standard
• full insulation, all windows with acoustic insulated glass,
• eco-friendly (Erdsonden) energy,
• floor heating with individual room temperature,
• XL wooden floorboards and/or XL sized tiles,
• secured elevator entrance,
• en-suite bathroom,
• equipped kitchen (Induction, Air Extract, Grill-Bake oven, Dishwasher, Fridge-freezer),
• private storage space in the basement,
• glass fibre internet connection,
• LED floorlights,
• access to washing and drying facility.

A drive-in facility for loading/unloading is planned at the West entrance, parking is located in a public garage located nearby (150 meters). For the penthouse a private in-house parking space is planned.
